Editorial Reviews
Amazon.com Product Description PDAs and cell phones may seem like the most efficient method of storing telephone numbers and other essential info while on the go, but neither compares to the portable efficiency of this Casio Databank watch. Outfitted with the ability to hold up to 150 pages of Telememo (names and phone numbers)--with eight letters and 12 numbers per page--the watch is a boon to folks who want to travel as lightly as possible without leaving precious contact information behind. It also makes a handy backup for people who frequently misplace their cell phones, helping ensure that the information within isn't permanently lost. The phone boasts a built-in keypad that makes data entry quick and easy, along with a row of calculator keys. The keypad is helpful in everything from complex functions (determining the rate of return on an investment) to simple ones (figuring out the after-dinner tip). The watch is also strikingly accurate thanks to its thrice-daily calibration with the U.S. Atomic Clock--the official timekeeper of the U.S. government. The upside: precisely accurate time. The downside: no more blaming your watch if you're running late.
Busy users will also welcome the stopwatch function, which counts down to within .01 seconds, along with the daily alarm and hourly time signal settings. Additional features include 12- and 24-hour time formats, an electroluminescent backlit screen with afterglow, an auto-calendar feature (preprogrammed to 2096), and a low battery warning (the battery life is approximately two years). As with all Casio timepieces, this Databank watch carries a one-year warranty against defects.

Great watch This is my all time favorite watch.. The time update works very well. I leave the watch in a good signal location when I go to bed. To me, the plastic band is uncomfortable, so I changed to a leather band and feels much better... The battery has a long life.

Editorial Reviews
Amazon.com Product Description Featuring tough solar power, multi-band atomic timekeeping, and a digital compass, they don't call this watch the Pathfinder for nothing. This slim black men's watch from Casio features resin construction and a 47.4-millimeter case, and a black cloth band with orange inside. The light green-gray dial has a digital time display and a day and date calendar. Powered by digital quartz, the Pathfinder is also water resistant to 330 feet.

An Honest Opinion I love this watch, but I was a little disappointed with the overall feel of the watch. It feels like a cheap walmart watch, but after wearing for a few weeks, I found out that its a little better than walmart grade. Worth more than 200.00 dollars? I would say no, priced a little too high, and there are better 250.00 dollar watches out there. Would have given 5 stars if it was less expensive.
Casio 1300G This watch is all I was expecting and more. It feels very comfortable. It's not as big as thought it would be. It's very light and it seams I have nothing on my arm. The compass mesurements is very accurate and can really guide you out of an eventual trouble. The extra strap is also very comfortable and can be used even without a coat on. I surely recommend it for the technology enthusiast and outdoor person as a utile, fun and safety item.
Superb! If you're tired of those bulky G-Force or Pathfinder Casio watches, then you NEED to take a hard look at this Casio. It's footprint (includes height and weight) eliminates any negativity you may have about why your bulky Casio won't fit under a coat or shirt sleeve. With this Casio you can chose to wear it like a normal wristwatch - on your wrist - or you can wear it over your coat sleeve. Just swap the bands out. Feature-wise, this Casio (for me) provides me exactly what I was wanting for a "sports" watch. The Atomic synchronization (via Ft. Collins for the USA) works as Casio says it will (weather permitting). Just know that a 60Hz signal isn't all that powerful: atmospherics will affect the watch's auto-sync feature. But, it will sync! High Gear and Suunto offer their versions (I found no "atomic sync" with Suunto). But, after you've done your homework and read all the reviews, no doubt this one will be either #1 or #2. Its Casio "sisters" (from the 1300 series) will offer several other features that this Casio could not contain (due to its smaller footprint needs), so you will need to consider whether or not you need those additional features. I didn't then and still don't now. Bottom line: Great watch. Advice: Price shop; check stock; do price match. I was able to obtain the watch from Princeton Watches much cheaper then here with a free overnight delivery by simply calling and talking to them.
